Tackling the boundaries of free speech. Cases like this force us to critically examine the laws we have in place and the freedoms protected by our constitution. While I can't think of anyone (besides the Westboro group themselves) who would be in support of or favor their actions, the case must be examined from a legal perspective. The next step, however, is to examine and evaluate the law itself.
